Purpose of the Study

This research study is testing a once-weekly oral investigational medicine (a tablet taken by mouth) to learn what dose works best to help people maintain their weight reduction after they’ve already reduced weight on weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections. Some participants may receive a placebo (a tablet with no active medication) so researchers can compare results. Eligibility is confirmed through medical history and screening tests.
